Terms and Conditions of Business
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to Weekly Classes and any other event that we organise.
The Right of Admission is Reserved.
The promoter does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.
By purchasing a ticket to the class or course you consent to filming, sound recording and photography as a member of the audience and such material might be used for commercial or non-commercial use.
You enter the venue at your own risk. The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind.
The organisers reserve the right to alter the line-up of Teaches, DJs, performing artist without prior notification.
The organisers reserve the right to search all persons on entry to the classes knives, fireworks or any item in the absolute discretion of the organisers which are considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience are prohibited.
Personal photographic equipment for non-commercial use is permitted. That deemed to be commercial is not allowed.
If the classes or events are cancelled, the organisers shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the ticket holder, including but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.
Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Health and Safety, organizer will reduce, the organizers will not take any responsibility for members of the public or participants getting contagious illness between them. However if we notice that someone is not feeling well, or have an illness that could be pass to others, with the best of discretion, the organizers will advice to leave the premisses and return when you are feeling better for the best of all of us.
Tickets are not transferrable or refundable.
The promoter and or organizers reserve the right to admission into any of our Events, which make take health, safety and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion. The organizers would advise customers holding either Ticket type that absolutely no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying of weapons of illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video o photographic recording.
Cancelation by participants
• All the payment are Non-Refundable, except in special circumstances at organizer discretion
• However, we are nice people, and depending of circumstances and if we or you manage to find a replaceable we might be able to refund some or all of the money.
These conditions of issue are governed by English law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Court.
